I believe that what you are currently doing decides your own identity. Whether you can make much money with your music or not, if you are doing something artistic, then you are an artist already.
So, stop worrying right now, and just start doing something nice, to help yourself to recognise that you are really an amazing artist who is bravely going through this terrible pandemic situation.
Remember, the very and only one who can make you stay as an artist is yourself.

마음이 특별히 잘 통하는 학생들이 있다.
지난 주,
그 중 한 친구랑 이런저런 얘기를 나누다
내가 말했다.
“요즘 나는, 드디어 내 자신을
#음악하는사람 이라고 느끼게 된 것 같아요.”
요즘 숨 돌릴 틈 없이 돌아가는 내 생활을
익히 들어 잘 알고 있는 그 친구가
(약간 부러워하며) 말했다.
“저도 선생님처럼
음악 작업으로 돈을 벌 수 있게 되면
그렇게 느낄 수 있을 것 같아요”
엥..? @.@ ??!
그 친구에게 내가 되물었다.
“요즘 내가 하는 일 중에 뭐가 돈이 될 것 같아요?”
