A clip from the free improvisation workshop, Rendezvous the 9th.
As soon as I noticed that Loïc the french guitarist’s FX equipments were making the sound just like the one of an airplane, I automatically went back to my darkest period.
Then,
Then I put all my energy into expressing the struggle of that season which was quite serious. Therefore, after the performance, I again had to feel tough for a moment because of my memory.
I think that this is the beautiful aspect of free improvisation; We can move to anywhere and any time immediately with just a tiny clue.
(Well, now I feel like I have to say that I’ve been healed by the good news of Jesus Christ and totally okay now! Just to make it clear 😉. )
지난 6월, 9회차 랑데부에서 –
꽤나 몰입했던 순간.
함께 연주한 프랑스 출신의 기타리스트 Loïc이
이펙터를 통해 비행기 이착륙같은 소리를 만들어낸 순간
저는 그때 그 시절의 저로 돌아갔어요.
당시의 꽤나 심각했던
내적싸움과 치유과정을 표현하느라
너무 에너지를 쏟았더래서,,
연주하고 나서도 마음이 꽤 힘들었던 그 순간이
영상으로 남아 있길래 올려보아요.
사실 여기까지 오게 될 줄은 몰랐는데 ㅎ
얼떨결에 시작한 랑데부가
벌써 1살 생일을 맞이했네요.
평범한 일상에도 시간은 계속 흐른다는 것,
무언가를 꾸준히 쌓아간다는 것의 힘이란 이런 것인가보다,,
요즘들어 그런 생각을 종종 한답니다.
그저께 저녁엔
그 한 살 생일을 축하하는 공연이
흑석동 중력장에서 있었고요,
앞으로도 랑데부는 매달 마지막 목요일
저녁 6:30에 개최될 예정입니다.
참관으로든, 실연자로든 언제든 오시게 되면
다양한 색의 퍼포먼스를 경험하실 수 있을 거예요!
오셔서 새로운 세계를 만나보시길.
처음엔 분명 낯설지만,
아는만큼 보인다는 말에서도 알 수 있듯이
이 분야도, 알면 알 수록 매력적이거든요. 🙂
